Yangshuo Sudder Street Guesthouse

L’environnement de l’hostel est très agréable. La vue est magnifique. Les lits des dortoirs sont étonnamment larges et confortables. On s’y sent très bien. L’établissement est situé à moins de 5 min en scooter du centre ville. Juste parfait. Une des meilleures expériences en auberge que j’ai vécu.

Rien, allez-y les yeux fermés, c’est une valeur sûre.

The staff were fabulous, mainly the girl and the guy with the white tee that checked me in on 3rd April around 2pm, he was very welcoming, nothing was too much to ask, he was absolutely brilliant,I would say he is the best part by far of the hotel Location is great and nice view Communication is absolutely perfect , WeChat or reception will be there to help 🫰

The room was dirty, dirty duvet, when I woke up in the morning and the duvet cover came out of was filthy The walls needs a deep scrub, it is full of insect that have been killed, the normal thing is to remove it, you don't leave dead insects everywhere The shower is minging, full of mould, hairs, the toilet has stains, the floor is filthy, the whole room was disgusting I have to say, far from what you see on the add, the windows you can't see properly because how dirty it is The pool area is so small and people using it being loud, not very friendly to use and very slippery, you should advise about it The corridors/stairs are filth as well Also because of the festive time it was impossible to get transport, this should be advised on arrival The noise is really bad, the walls are very thin and you can bear everything, guests were coming back at night time and making lot of noise there was no controls by the night guy to keep this down The communal areas were there but there was a Chinese lady that she was screaming and shouting over the phone , no one would tell her anything, she was so loud and unbearable to sit down while she was there( she was there a lot) You need to ask your guests in communal areas to keep it quiet to welcome everyone not just some I am giving you a 6 because of the great staff you have if not this would be a low 3 due to all these issues The place could be great but you need to bleach your rooms and corridors as soon as possible and keep the noise down during night hours from 10pm

Location and staff are great. Helped us a lot with infos, escooter and second room card, because the rooms are very humid at times.

It can be very humid. Depending on other hostel groups it can be noisy. Hotel looks okay, but need a clean up in some areas.

Sehr Nettes Personal! Sehr hilfsbereit und haben auch gute Vorschläge für Aktivitäten. Aussicht und Einrichtung sind sehr schön.

Toiletten und Waschbecken hätten sauberer sein können. Fahrräder waren sehr alt und unangenehm zu fahren. Für den Preis kann man sich aber eigentlich nicht beschweren.

- Very friendly and informative staff that spoke great English and helped us plan out our days there. Responded quick to messages. - Free water refill (only hot and room temp, not cold). - Free use of the washing machines on the rooftop (no dryer so have to hang). - Spacious room (we had a private). - Great view of the mountains out back with a pool. - Can book scooters to rent through reception. - 20 min walk into town (straight down the road), it felt safe walking back at midnight as a female. - Security on reception during the night. - Private room was very clean.

- Slight dampness in the room but it’s that time if year. They gave us an extra keycard so we could keep the hearing on during the day and the dampness went away. - For me the water was warm, not hot. My boyfriend thought it was fine.

Quel plaisir de dormir dans un grand lit confortable et de petit déjeuner sur un balcon face aux montagnes ! La chambre n'est pas "cosy" en soi mais le nécessaire y est pour que le séjour soit agréable et confortable. Il y a même une paroi dans la douche pour ne pas mouiller le reste de la sdb. Accès aux machines à laver + lessive illimité et offert. Personnel agréable et parle bien anglais. Ils proposent différents circuits de visite aux alentours et on peut louer vélo ou scooter directement avec eux.

Un peu extérieur a la ville (20 min à pieds de west street) mais c'est aussi ce qui permet la vue exceptionnelle et dégagée.
