Mattress could be more comfortable

Cleanliness. Closeness to beach

The builders. The very noisy buggies zooming around.

Breakfast was not included in the booking and the location was lovely right across from the ocean.

Although we had a slight view of the ocean and a small balcony, we were given an upstairs unit although we booked a ground floor one. We are fairly fit for our age, but did not enjoy going up and down +- 12 stairs every time we had a braai. We recommend that the host consider a small gas braai or weber on the balcony.

Houses are a little dated and rustic but comfortable

I really enjoyed my stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also ideal, it’s within walking distance to the Arniston Hotel and beach, making it very convenient to go for meals or drinks. Overall, it’s a lovely spot for a peaceful seaside getaway.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. My stay at Arniston Seaside Cottages was very enjoyable overall.

We were upgraded to a more private cottage There was daily housekeeping On our last day the power was out and we were treated to a complimentary breakfast at the hotel!

The staff come into the courtyard to the glass doors to do housekeeping and can see straight into our cottage, we were both naked at the time😁 Not sure you got the bigger surprise!!
