Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, nettes Personal, gute Pflegeprodukte im Bad, gute Matraze

Die Dachterrasse, eigentlich der einzige Ort wo man sich außerhalb des Zimmers aufhalten kann, da es keine Lobby gibt, war wegen einer geschlossenen Gesellschaft nicht zugänglich. Die Lage ist zwar nahe dem Bahnhof aber wenn man in die Innenstadt will, muss man immer durch die abgesehen von der Kaisertraße, wirklich schlimme und trostlose Bahnhofsgegend. Das war aber unser Fehler bei der Planung.

Das Hotel ist zentral und gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer verfügen über alles was man benötigt.

Der Speckgeruch des angehängten Restaurants bis in die Liftanlage, dass es auf der Dachterrasse keinen Service gab, keine Kissen auf den Lounges, die Dachterrasse war einer der Hauptgründe für die Buchung überhaupt. Die Kautions-policy wird in Booking.com nirgends erwähnt, ich halte das für insg. nicht nötig und ist mir bei meinen vielen Reisen auch so noch nie unter gekommen (100€ Kautionschorhalt über sie KK).
