Nice, clean and secure hotel in a quiet part of Magdalena del Mar. Friendly and helpful staff. I have stayed here during 2 vacations and will stay again next vacation.
Excellent hotel. Very clean. Good service. Excellent room. Hotel organised taxi to + from airport - payable at hotel $20 each way. Good restaurant - grill down stairs. Didn't have time to use other facilities but would highly recommend.

The receptionist was extremely unfriendly, I think because we arrived at 3 am and woke him up. We had to leave and find another hotel at the middle of the night (3am)
I really liked the staff, starting with the doorman, everybody was very welcoming. I also liked having a vegetarian breakfast option for my mother.

THIS IS NOTHING LIKE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE IN PICTURES THE RATING ON THIS IS HORRIBLE. THE STAFF AT THE LOBBY WERE HORRIBLE! THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN A HOTEL I'VE EVER HAD.
For the most part was good. The price increased $9 dollars was a surprise. And the checkout was very unprofessional The female morning staff member had me waiting a long time before talking to me about their checkout procedure
