Close to the city center, private parking,very clean.

Very friendly host who explained us the best way to go to the city center. Private parking was available in front of the apartment. The apartment was equipped with all necessary things and the bedroom was out to the garden, so it was very calm at night.

Wery nice owner. Clean and i could see mountains and sea from the balcony. Kitchen in the room allows you to cook something.

The only minus -little bit early check out. 10:00

The owner Ivica Seric and his wife was the kindest person we met. He gave us a free ride to the apartman. It was a big help, we arrived late with train. They gave us many useful information about the city and our room was nice and comfortable. Everything was great, but for me it's always how we are received that matters. Ivica and his wife went above and beyond. Like I said, the nicest people.

The apartment we were in was so clean! The owners were really amazing, nice and helpful. I recommend this place with all my heart. Come here and you won’t regret it.

About the host: Ivica and his wife are fantastic hosts. They are extremely friendly and always greet you with a smile. They are available whenever you require them. If you have a bike, you can really enjoy Split. He has a fantastic bike collection, and he gives us (my wife and I) bikes to explore the town, go to beaches, and go sightseeing. We decided to stay another day, but the room was no longer available. That's how he made us feel like home. He welcomed us when we arrived at the place, and most importantly he drove us back to the bus station. About the room: The room was comfortable. There was a balcony with a view of the sea in the room. A small kitchen was available. Walking distance to Split center is 15 minutes. 15-minute walk to the beach. Just across the street is a small shop. Don't miss the PIZZA center near this place.

The room came with a balcony providing a view on the sea. It also had a small kitchen which was great for preparing breakfasts. The accommodation was not too far away from the centre of Split either.

The single beds in the room were a bit short and not too comfortable. The wi-fi was quite weak at on the top floor (the router is probably downstairs).
