The Old Station Inn

Always a lovely place to stay and perfect after a very long day whenever you can't physically drive all the way home (which is another 50 minutes) Very understanding proprietor who is always happy forvus to arrive in the middle of the night by prior arrangement.

A really nice and interesting pub. Great food and service. Room was basic which was fine for me. Everything in the room worked!

Fantastic place to stay . Rooms very clean and comfortable. Food excellent we ate in the restaurant 2 nights in a row superb value for money and lovely setting in the railway carriage . The food all fresh ingredients and well presented . Everyone in the restaurant was saying how delicious the food was and the portions were very generous. I can’t put into words how nice it was try it for yourself and you won’t be disappointed . The hosts were very friendly and very helpful nothing was too much trouble 10 out of 10 for everything.

Quite place in village near to bath

It's quite far from Bristol City centre, considering having to be at work for 9am, I bet you have to leave around 730ish. The bath was not cleaned as the floor was wet, and the bath blind had not been washed for a while as you could see dirts at the bottom and on the folds. On a hot day, it is difficult as there is no front window to allow ventilation. No fan. No pressing iron for laundry. No food if you are arriving after 9 pm till after 12 noon the next day so prepare Overall, if you just need a place to lay your head overnight, it is a good choice to make.

Comfortable bed. Just need to bring a hand wash soap.

Could do with updating and remodeling, bathroom facilities are at the end of their useful life.
