Kamehameha Luxury Villa

the property is very well maintained and close to everything in Seminyak. The pictures dont do justice to what we found. Big bedrooms , big lounge and big yard to spend your day out doors. Staff(Ketut, Apri, Kadak) go an extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable. breakfast is worth it, they always go all out to cater for your needs.

Honestly nothing

The pool was amazing. The staff, especially Ketut were attentive and friendly and nothing was a problem. The location was very tranquil and quiet.

Gosh where to start! Firstly very rare to find a property that is nicer than the pictures so that was a pleasant surprise, it was absolutely massive and the rooms were huge. The staff were incredible and made so many thoughtful and personal touches during our stay. The villa is located in a super central area within walking distance to Potato Head etc however still super secluded and quiet at night (I have a 1 year old so silence during sleep time is paramount) Delicious cooked multi-course breakfast each morning. Stunning indoor / outdoor bathroom in our suite was so luxurious! I have to say that Ketut the villa manager was the absolute highlight of our stay and provided so much helpful support.

I wish we could have stayed longer

Villa was beautiful and as large as it looked in the photos. Great location, only a 15 minute walk from Seminyak Square. Ketut, the host, was absolutely lovely and did his best to cater to our requests (couldn’t recommend him enough). He even went out and bought a clothes horse for the villa when we wanted to do our washing. All bedrooms had own ensuites, and the pool was about 17-18metres long so we loved using that everyday. Filtered water was also provided

Security didn’t sit outside our villa once. There was security in the window of the villa next to us, which we were told was also overseeing our property too, but it was a bit hit or miss as to when they were there. The host Ketut was property manager for 4 villas, when he is usually property manager for 1. He did an excellent job, but as he was overworked, it was rare we had any staff at the villa. No one there to make drinks, or food etc if we requested it. However could request breakfast to be cooked the night before if we wanted it which was great. House was also due for some maintenance, and downstairs wasn’t cleaned every morning we woke up. Staff came around 10-11am to tidy the property. Bathrooms and walk ins also didn’t have air conditioning so were very hot. Staff quarters out the back was filthy and we had to go back there if we wanted to do some washing.
