as trocas de toalhas, não são feitas , também o cobre leito não é higienizado, foi necessário pedir para fazer as trocas das tolhas no 3 dias de estadia

Não foi possível usar a banheira de hidromassagem da suíte , a água é muito fraca e também O chuveiro sai pouquíssima água , as trocas das toalhas é algo muito importante e a higienização do cobre leito , estava com cheiro de usadas

Os funcionários são muito prestativos e agradáveis

Wi-Fi , muito ruim . Só pegava na recepção , pedimos até para resetar o modem no nosso andar mas não deu certo , em um local aonde o sinal do tel já é ruim a internet é vital para comunicação
