Bit out of the way

Room was clean and comfortable. The view was adequate, higher floor would have been perfect. Like that it had 2 beds with a divider in between for comfort. Nice to have a coffee maker, fridge and microwave with a separate kitchen for early risers. Breakfast was just ok, nothing special. Front desk staff was outstanding.

Breakfast didn’t start til 8, always rushed for diving. However, they will bring it to you the night before, it just doesn’t taste as good in the morning reheated in microwave. This is a small complaint, but the bathroom door was a pain in the neck. Had to go all the way in the bathroom and close the door before you could use the toilet. Minor deal.

Place was very nice, I was very happy with the style and comfort. The staff was incredible!

the staff was super helpful and friendly, they answered every question and tried to make our stay enjoyable. The room was terrific, almost luxurious, also the bath products, we loved them... I just feel it was little dark lighting (that is something that I have seen in other places I don't like it, but that is my preference). We enjoyed the breakfast in the roof, great view there and food was delicious. The pool as well, very nice :). The location is very convenient as well as it is near the center of Cozumel. The beach was great as well, we saw many fishes. Definitely a great place to stay and enjoy Cozumel. ♥

El personal es increíble, súper atentos desde que reservé y estuvieron al pendiente a mi llegada, la habitación es hermosa y tiene una vista envidiable. La verdad la habitación es espaciosa pero tiene todas las amenidades necesarias, el desayuno incluido es muy rico y como huésped tienes un descuento. Desafortunadamente tuve que irme antes por la cuestión del huracán. Pero sin duda regresaría otra ve
