RedDoorz Plus near Uptown BGC Mall

NOTHING to LIKE !

One of the "WORST" places I've stayed. Location and name for the hotel is TOTALLY misleading and Unbelievable they can use the name "near BGC Mall" in addition to the hotel name RedDoorz Plus. It all started with arriving at a slum location in a side street where things are not quite right. Then you are confronted with the fact that we have to pay an hourly price for an early check-in. as we had just landed earlier from another place in the Philippines. Then we asked if they could order a taxi somewhere, which they did not want. WHAT were we thinking here! Based on their cold method and service, we chose to go for a walk as it was supposed to be close to BGC Mall :) - Which it is not quite! When you come back to the hotel very tired and where there is still 1 hour and 40 minutes before you can check in, we choose to pay for 2 hours, which they demanded. So you could be allowed to relax a bit. We arrive at the "room" The bed is the worst you've ever slept in and the "windows" in the room are directly out onto a dark backyard where nothing can be seen. Nothing in the room fits or was fitted and not cleaned at all. Here we choose to go down and hear what is going on because no one would help or do anything. In fury we chose to simply pack our things and had to go somewhere else as we were now here on holiday where this didn't exactly make one take a holiday. We barely managed to be there for about 2 hours and had booked the place for 2 days. Nothing they would return for the one day that was not spent at all beyond the few hours on the first day for a hellish experience and money directly in their pocket for an earlier check in. So my recommendation is for Booking.com to check them out and remove them as an option as a booking on their platform. GOOD LUCK to book this place is my last words !

Could not find the hotel. Terrible location wherever it was. Did not stay there at all. Tried to contact them but got no reply. I want a refund.
