Everything was great. Good location

The appartment was really nice, quite large and comfortable. Location is good and quite. All ammenities met our expactations. Host was responsive and kind.

Few minor things that could be better maintained to improve the overall experience.

The apartment is spacious, it has everything you need for short stay. It is quiet with little noise coming from streets or neighbours. Check in/out process was easy and quick.

Apartment is not new and even though it looked ok maintained there are points to improve/fix: living room sofa is old and used to the point that elbow cushion was completely destroyed; curtains looked as if they were not washed for long time. The living room sofa could be used as extra sleeping place but its look and condition did not suggest comfortable sleep. The apartment is on -1 floor so there was very limited natural light coming into it. We had to use electrical lights always. Mattress is ok for those who like hard mattresses. Very limited set of towels -just one towel per person; there was no floor mat or foot towel in bathroom; no kitchen towel.

Wonderful place, 9 minutes away from Bograshov beach. Perfectly equipped and nicely furnished. Dishwasher, drying machine, coffee machine, water cooler, plenty of cute cups and plates, cooking utensils, etc. Very friendly and helpful host team.

A bit noisy at night with the AC on in the bedroom and some hum coming out of washing machine area.

Luxury feel to this very spacious apartment. The location is quiet and very convenient - for shops and the beach. Excellent aircon. Good main bedroom double bed and bedding. Great sofa bed Plenty of towels Ample storage space for clothes. Good amount of crockery and cutlery

No instructions for switching the stove on/off No instructions on how the electronic front door works No information on where the bedding was kept for the sofa bed Confusion about which platform to use for written communication with the property managers - in the end, we used WhatsApp, which was the most effective. Using Booking.com was not straightforward to answer our questions (e.g. door entry code). However, WhatsApp was only initiated just prior to our arrival by the property managers The dining table has only 3 chairs - needs at least 4 for entertaining. The TV does not have live broadcasting - only Netflix, Prime etc. This was not clarified in the instructions
