The check-in people were miserable!

It did not like that there were not enough towels. Our towels didn't dry overnight so we always had wet towels. Is it possible to get new fresh towels?

Nice space and beach front

Security was lazy (1 person/woman) Parking was rude (1 person/woman) The smell in the room was very strong but it go away after I opened the windows.

The location was good

I got a small room overlooking the street, it was advertised as an apartment it was. Not The amount of beds were not as advertised I paid three times the rate of the townhouse on the beach for a regular room!!!!!! There were no reception staff. To ask a question just security to handle check in . No contact phone number. This was a horrible experience. I definitely would not recommend booking. com or use this service again, I am a pensioner having chemotherapy and needed a breather in between cycles This was pure advantage and robbery If I pay top dollar I expect top service.

Great place

location was amazing there were many staff members with professional and great customer service experience. Some of the common areas such laundry and all lower lobby were super clean. Our unit was super clean as well.

Some areas could used better cleaning touch up. Our unit could definitely used better maintenance. Wednesday around 12 pm mr González ‘i believe’ was a gentleman at front desk that was extremely rude and unhelpful, could used some better customer service techniques.
