The Lobster Pot

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They had a varied menu, with a couple of vegan options. The breakfast was good and there were lots of nuts, seeds and dried fruit to add to cereals and yoghurt. A super start to the day. The en-suite was clean and functional, and toiletries were provided if you needed them.

The TV screen was not adjustable to watch from the bed, the only real viewing position in our room. The upstairs rooms were decidedly warmer than downstairs, which was uncomfortable in June. However, the views over the field were lovely.

We arrived wet and dripping from a long day walking on the Pembrokeshire coast path to be offered old newspapers to stuff in our boots, very thoughtful. A good filling supper and breakfast of our choice. I was also provided with a packed lunch for the next day. Lovely , friendly and helpful staff

Such a lovely place. Friendly hosts, great food and good beds. What more to ask for?

More as a suggestion: for hikers with wet clothes, a drying facility would have been great

Chris and Sarah were welcoming and friendly, and we felt at home and part of the family. And we got to share the villages' weekly open mike night on the Friday, which was great.. Also offered suggestions for day trips on the days when the boat to Skomer was cancelled. And provided packed lunches on the days the boat did go. Location is perfect for day trips to Skomer and we saw many puffins. Many thanks to all the team, including Mike and Karolyn.

Great stay, room was extremely comfortable. Ate in the restaurant for dinner and food was really good. Plenty of variety offered for breakfast.

Prima ontbijt, lekker gegeten in de avond, aardige mensen, locatie lastig te bereiken per auto (en waarschijnlijk helemaal niet per OV) maar daarom wel héél dichtbij waar ik zijn moest. Helemaal perfect.
