La casa è accogliente, spaziosa (ad eccezione del bagno) e dotata di tutti i servizi. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile

L'appartamento è in una posizione perfetta perché centralissima, tuttavia noi (famiglia con bambino) abbiamo riscontrato il disagio del primo piano in una via con tanti locali e molto passaggio. Il bagno purtroppo è cieco e non essendoci areazione si sentiva spesso puzza di fogna.

L'appartamento era semplicemente magnifico. Ogni comfort possibile. Posizione incredibile. Il miglior appartamento che abbia mai affittato a Valencia. Ci tornerò

Since the accommodation was right in the center, there was a lot of noise from the streets until late at night and sometimes even in the morning.

Location is the most central it can be, it's in the heart of historic old town, so almost everything is walking distance. The apartment itself is as advertised, it could use some love, especially toilet, but it did the job. Super fast and reliable internet and table for whoever needs to do some work.

As all other reviews suggest, neighborhood is super loud, especially during las fallas festival (expect live music under your window non stop, during the night too), so whoever has light sleep, non recommended location.

Great location, easy walking distance to main attractions. The apartment has everything you need. It was well equipped, comfortable, clean and had a wrap around balcony.

It is a noisy area, the shutters do block out noise but ear plugs are essential.

The position, the cleanliness, the facilities, the communication with the host, a small balcony surrounding the apartment, the big windows, really nice view. Overall we loved it, the hosts where really nice helping us with our demands. The kids loved the apartment, they had a lot of space to play, also running on the balcony surrounding the apartment. The placement is ideal, you are right in the city center.

There is a lot of noise because the apartment is right in the city center, but we expected that, a lot of food smell inside the apartment from the restaurant underneath, specially in the bathroom, the beds in the second room where really poor and unstable, I was afraid the bead will break apart at any small movement, it did not happened, but the beds are moving and make a lot of noise if you do any movement. Was a bit hard for us, because we had a stroller also, and the entrance staircase is really small and you only have an elevator from the 1st floor, so you need to carry it one floor.
