Le Camere di Teo 2

Le Camere di Teo is really nice, clean and it is well taken care of. Is really close to the train central station and harbour which is a plus! The only thing is that, at night, somo streets near by feel dangerous thought we didnt have any trouble

Good location, just a 10 min flat walk from La Spezia Centrale train station. Very clean. It has a great bar/caffe downstairs for having a quick Italian breakfast.

The soundproofing of the windows could be better.

We had everything what we needed. We stayed in a family room, it was very comfortable, full of day light, everything worked well. Perfect communication, prompt check-in.

숙소는 깨끗했어요. 그런데 엘리베이트는 너무 작아서 2명만 이용가능해요. 그리고 문이 닫기는 사이에 몸의 일부가 걸리게되면 엘리베이트는 즉시 정지되어 더 이상 사용할 수가 없어요. 룸은 여러 잠금장치를 통과해야 해서 안전하다고 생각해요. 겨울인데도 난방이 되지 않아서 너무 너무 추웠어요. 난방 온도를 30도 맞췄지만 24시간 내내 켜놔도 실내 온도가 20도 이상 올라가지 않아요. 관리하시는 분을 불러서 도움을 요청했지만 전혀 조치가 되지 않았어요. 방은 깨끗하고 조용해서 좋았어요. 여름에는 괜찮은 방이 될거에요. 하지만 저는 겨울에 방문하여 방이 너무 추워서 잠을 제대로 잘수가 없었어요. 참고하세요.

Simple, clean, convenient, no fuss and reasonable size accommodation. A room within a converted apartment, so one of 3 rooms all situated in a huge block, allegedly the oldest in La Spezia. Very adequate, no thrills room. It was rather like being on the set of a 1950’s Italian movie, with the faint sound of family chatter in the background (in the central hallway).

It was fine for what it was. Some people with vertigo may find the approach from the lift to the apartment a little tricky.

It's nearby the La Spieza Central Train Station. It's a good start off point if you want to visit to Cinque Terre. It's also 20 mins walking to La Spieza City Center. The room was spacious, newly renovated and very clean. We had a balcony and a good sunrise view every morning. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to checked in earlier. The beds are really comfortable therefore, we always had a great sleep in the evenings.

We didnt have a place or an area to hang our swimming stuff to dry. It would be nice to have them. And the elevator is tiny but it does its job.

Great location only 7 minutes from train station to Cinque Terre ... or anywhere in Italy!!!

- Location; it was close to the train station; - Cleanliness: every 3 days the room was cleaned - Staff: very nice and helpfull

- The room was very small - The light was poor - It was very noisy; from the outside - The bed was not firm at all; any movement was felt by the other person sleeping in it - No shower gel (only soap and shampoo)
