Deluxe INN

This has to be the worse place I have ever stayed. The only saving grace was the price. The room looked like it should have a total remodel. The little fridge needed to be defrosted and in the bathroom the tub was a joke. I have never stayed in a place where there wasn't coffee in the room. If you are thinking of staying here please think again.

The place is not a five star hotel, but it surely does well for the price. The best attribute would be the people working there. They are in touch and well managed by the owner(s) and extremely friendly and willing to serve to make sure all is well with the room. They do maintenance promptly if there are any issues. Again, the people are awesome. The next time I have the need for an extended stay hotel, I will look no further than this hotel.

I will start by saying I have no idea who this manager is that is asking people to come back and they will fix the issue. It is all for show. When you actually reside at the hotel and have and issue and ask for the manager, they tell you the manager NEVER comes to the property and he is out of the country, I guess the out-of -the country manager is writing the replies. No words needed, I will post pics...unless you are in dire straits, do not stay here.

The room we requested was to be non-smoking. The girl upfront first says they have no non- smoking rooms available. But then all of a sudden when I said we would go somewhere else. A vacancy opened up for a non=smoking room. SO then I booked the room. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke and mildew and some other funky smell. Pulled back the covers on the bed and the sheets felt soiled and wet. The pillows were so thin it was was like putting your head on cottons balls inside a sheet. I immediately went to the front desk and requested a different room. Was told none available. SO then I said well were not going to stay here due to the condition of the room and wanted a refund. Instead we were met with hostility and told that there is NO _Refund policy?????? we stayed approximately 20 mins and now have to dispute the charges.

Me and my family are in transition of moving right now and needed somewhere local to stay so our 4 kids can be close to the school, afterall we are irving residents and have been for the last past 6 years. Now, Febuary 1st we check in and front desk said they didn't have a week however Tuesday they will have one. Fine, I ask for a 2 bed for 2 nights I pay but, room wasn't C.O.D. I return later to see that I have a 1 bed and the room is in horrible condition. The front door has scotch tape all over it, the tv reminded me of childhood, the sink only had a knob for hot water, the carpet was coming off the wall, the bathroom toilet had no pressure, BARELY flush, shower had no pressure, clean up crew are old and haters watching what you drive and when you make moves. Ooh forgot to mention daughter got ate up by bedbugs and my wife took a picture. Then today I go to pay and they play STOOPID like they don't know who's in my room when they have cameras all over the place, now they trying to charge me more money for my kids. They kicked us out when I had money to pay whatever. I already spent 370$. I feel like I need my money back.

In between places to live permanently in Irving, I decided on this property for a short term, but by the week type of stay. It is a neat and clean property with plenty of parking. It is being updated and upgraded consistently. The management makes certain your stay is in good order. They actually ask if everything is OK with the stay. The housekeeping staff is quick and courteous as well. They have washers, dryers, Wi-Fi, TV, A/C, pool, ice machine, micro-fridges, soda and snack vending machines and many close-by restaurants and eating places. They also have closed circuit TV cameras to monitor the property. Once when a neighbor was making too much noise a quick phone call to the office handled the issue promptly. The property is easily accessed by major thoroughfares and minutes from downtown Dallas while in Irving, and close by I-35. I've never stayed in one property before for this long and would have no hesitancy of staying here again anytime or recommending the property.

Hole in ceiling poor service wifi and faucet not properly secucure and swimming pool very hazard to your health. Town code failed inspect that place. Also fire hazard too. I would call the town of Irving to inspect every hotel because it is important to have tourism to come your town to keep business revenue up otherwise it will be end up like detroit

The staff is rude especially the over night person which i caught sleep twice...and the service sucks. I stayed there for 2 weeks to long due to having limited funds. The room(s) that I stayed...1st room smelled so bad I had to request to move and the mattress was in poor shape and TV didn't show. 2nd room they moved me to, the tile from the shower started failing in the tub and the bathroom light didn't stay on longer than 10 minutes before it turns itself off. I DO NOT recommend anyone to stay here ever. They also charge people different prices $40, one day the next day $50 and another day $45, and when you question them about anything they get rude and start making up things. The only person there that have common self is the mid day worker (young man), the rest are trash!

Well I think my title says it all. This is a terrible motel with bedbugs. There is a smell in the rooms and if you stay in the backside of the motel, you won't receive wi-fi service. I had never stayed in a hotel/motel with bedbugs before and for the next two weeks I had to deal with bedbug bites all over my arms and legs. Don't let the bedbugs bite.
