GRThe breakfast was simple and limited in variety, but still adequate.
We specifically requested a room with two separate beds, but upon arrival we were given a room with a king-size bed instead. When we raised this with the staff, they acknowledged the mistake and mentioned they would compensate us, but no meaningful compensation was ultimately provided. They did attempt to resolve the situation by replacing the king bed with two single beds. However, this made the room extremely cramped and significantly reduced the available space, making the stay less comfortable than expected. Overall, while the staff was responsive, friendly and well mannered. The handling of the situation and the lack of proper compensation were disappointing.
