The staff in the hotel is really the best, so helpful and kind. Helped us with finding a parking spot (underground garage). Nice thing in this hotel is definitely free turkish tea in the common room. Few times we were also offered turkish coffee, freshly prepared. The terrasse on the second floor has nice view. Everything is clean.

It would be good if in the bathroom there would be some hangers for towels or a small shelf for soap - that was missing. Also, you have to bear in mind that mosque is just outside of the window and you will be woken up at 4am.

It is right next to the Aziziye Camii. Hot tea is free for guests all day. Wi-fi is stable for working remotely. Shops and eateries in evey corner. I can take tramvay to and from Otogar. It is convenient with luggages. At 5am in the morning is good for taking photos or selfies of the mosque because it is beautiful and no people. My room window is facing the front of the mosque. It is beautiful to sit by the beds and sip tea.

Konkrétan a központban van. Személyzet hihetetlen kedves és segítőkész. Maga a szoba éppen megfelel, nem kell sokra számítani, de arra hogy este-reggel ellegyen ott az ember, arra tökéletes.

The location is good, very central.

The room is relatively small, the sink is inside the room. Also the cigarette smell was present.

Oteli çok iyi hoşuma gitmişti. Otelin karşı taraf müthiş bir cami karşılıyor ve otel tam carsida merkezde. Ama saat 20 akşam gibi dükkanları kapaniyor ve sokarlari sakin sakin oluyorlar , rahat uyudum. Şehre yarış için geldim ve cikise maalesef geç kaldım. Kimse canımı sıkmadı rahat bir sekilde otelden çıkış yaptım. Murat Bey'in e sonsuz teşekkürler Kaldığımız odayı temiz, hem de kalorifer var hem de klima. Otelde de çay kahve var içebilirsiniz. Çok beğendim ve kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Herşeyi mükemmel ydi.

Tesisin konumu harika bir konumda. Turistik konumlara ulaşım problem değil. Çay ikramı çok ince düşünülmüş. Güvenlik konusunda bina içerisinde güvenlik kameraları mevcuttu.

Yastıklar çok sert. Wifi kalitesi oldukça düşüktü, çoğu zaman hiç kullanamadım bile. Sigara kokusu ne yazık ki odanın mobilyalarına ve eşyalarına silmişti. Oda seçeneği seçilirken sigara içilen/içilmeyen oda tercihi yapabilmek rahat hissettirirdi. Temizlik kötü değildi ancak temiz olduğunu hissettirecek kadar da çarşaflar taze temizlenmiş kokmuyordu. Bunun dışında ısıtma her ne kadar geceden sonra çalışsa da akşam 21:00 gibi hava soğumasına rağmen kaloriferler merkezi ısıtmadan çalıştırılmamıştı. Gece 00:00’dan sonra yanmaya başladı. Bunun dışında odada saç kurutma makinesi eksikti.

The hotel location is good, right next to the masjid, The staff is friendly, tea and coffee is always available, and the cleaning service is good.
