The staff is cooperative and kind. The location is near to Mevlana's shrine as well as main konya city.

The AC wasn't available. A few hours during it was missed. However not a big deal.

Much better than my expectation. Excellent location, clean and well priced. Location can't be better, the hotel is really in the downtown with shops and restaurants around. There's also a jamii in front of the hotel, that makes this hotel really unique. On street parking available in the nearby streets (especially after 9pm) but there are two underground parking lot few corner away.

The shower ran dry very quickly. I just shampooed my hair, and the water stopped. There were strange old shoes in my room. My son's room stank badly of a blocked drain.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is very centric, close of Konya center.

Perfect location, close to the main places, you can see Azizie mosque from the balcony. Very nice staff, clean room.

The place is not a Hilton obviously; however, it gives you very nice hospitality at a very affordable price in a clean place in a very good location! What else a person who comes to Konya wants? Ramzi welcomed me nicely and offered me a very clean room. The location was amazing. Safe and very close to places that you might want to see in Konya. They are very easygoing with check in/out and kindly accepted to keep my stuff safe the day that I checked out. If you need a nice place with noce people and affordable price absolutely recommend it 🙂

I was very happy with my stay at Eser Palas. The location is fantastic. Right in the Old Bazaar and 10 minutes walk to Mevlana Mosque. There was a cupboard in the room large enough to place all my things. I was so happy that the room does not smell tobacco. (these can be issues with similar small hotels in Konya). The owner Murat Bey was very helpful and quickly reacted to all my requests. Make sure to talk with him before ordering a taxi. He has contacts of local taxis and can help you to get good rates. Just a few adjustments can be made to the room to make it more comfortable such as hooks to hang up towels. But this are minor things... not important...

I found the rooms to be simple, clean, and in an incredible location (next to the mosque and walking distance from the cultural center). Staff was friendly.

Good location, low price, shops and cafes all around, free Wi-Fi, good clean bed and linen with a warm blanket. Flat TV with Russian TV and Chinese CGTN TV Chanel in English.

Combined toilet and shower. Washing machine was unfortunately out of order.
