Las instalaciones estaban viejas, sucias y poco cuidadas. El restaurante era anecdótico.

The place is nice, has a nice pool. Bedroom was not bad and it was cleaned. Breakfast was good.

Booking and the website say that it has a private beach, BUT WATCH OUT THERE IS NO BEACH. no access to the sea as well. We specifically booked it to have a coiole of days on a private beach, so very disappointed. Only access to the sea is a stair with seaweed which is impossible to use. I seriously injured myself when i rried. when i asked the manager about that he told me he is aware of it and tha the ex marketing guy wrote false descriptions online and they are not able to remove them (??). Although the manager was very polite and really trying to help us, this was not enough. We asked if there were other accesses to the beach and sea and he said no, but the last day we found out that there was, literally 3 meters from the hotel through a bar!!! And 300 m away there was a beach!!!!! He sent us to crystal bay, which was overcrowded, dirty and he booked an overpriced taxi (40euros for 40 min drive back and forth, which is a lot for nusa penida). The bar was not good, juices were full of water. The remaining staff did not speak english and was not useful. They messed up our reservation though booking: i.e. the day before we found out they did not have our room because our booking reservation did not reach their system. We had to stay somewhere else for one night and then go there the remaining 2 nights. The manager managed well this inconvenience, offering us a better room for the stay but at the same price. However rooms are average and small. A bit overpriced for that.

L’esterno, specialmente la piscina che da sull’oceano

Il bagno, pulizia carente e manca di manutenzione. Peccato perché la struttura si presenta bene, soprattutto per l’esterno!

Breakfast was good with great selections. Bali coffee was nice and hot. Customer service was excellent from all staff especially Kadek and Alit.

Bathroom need upgrade. A little dated and poor ventilation. Some hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom for convenience. Extra hangers should be provided upon request.

Ocean front, clean and comfortable, staff and service were fabulous. Breakfast was excellent. Close to numerous restaurants that served amazing food. Sunrise and sunsets. The full package!

Amazing location right on the waterfront. On premise restaurant plus bakery and lounge bar right next door. Walking distance to indomart for supplies if needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
