"SLECHTE VOCHTIGE KAMER"

We hadden voor 2 nachten een suite met terras geboekt maar bij aankomst bleek de kamer muf te ruiken - hierover gereclameerd en we kregen een ontvochtiger aangeboden ( welke zeer veel water uit de lucht haalde ). De volgende ochtend was het iets beter maar toen wij de gehele dag weg waren en terug kwamen was het weer hetzelfde en hebben wij een andere kamer geëist Deze was iets beter maar doordat alles erg op elkaar is gebouwd komt er denkelijk te weinig zonneschijn en doorstroming in de kamers. De receptie kon alleen maar zeggen sorry maar verder geen actie dus hier nooit meer.

Het ontbijt was minimaal en als we 1 x 2 boterhammen met jam vroegen werd ons een extra ontbijt aangerekend. 2 kleine flesjes water was alles wat we konden krijgen.

"Geweldig resort net buiten de drukte van Ubud!"

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Onze suite was schoon, ruim en zeer sfeervol. De bedden slapen heerlijk. Ook het extra bed voor onze dochter was een goed en fijn matras. Het resort is prachtig opgezet. Heel veel groen en de kamers hebben daardoor ook veel privacy. Voor de suite is buiten een fijn zitje gecreëerd. Het ontbijt is super. Er is een ruime a la carte kaart met heel veel verschillende opties. Voor ieder wat wils. Maar hetgeen wat ons verblijf het meest aangenaam heeft gemaakt, zijn de ontzettend vriendelijke medewerkers. Bij de receptie, de schoonmaak en het restaurant: iedereen staat klaar met een glimlach om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het resort ligt iets verder weg van het centrum van Ubud. Maar een aantal keer per dag rijdt er een shuttle vanuit het resort op en neer. Daarnaast is er via verschillende apps vervoer te regelen.

Personalet var fantastisk hjælpsom. Morgenmad var virkelig lækkert - ligesom frokost på restauranten!

Vi oplevede desværre beskidte lagener ved ankomst. Vi oplevede også, at der dryppede vand fra loftet. De fiksede begge ting hurtigt (og vi fik en gratis nats opgradering) - men det sætter desværre stadig sit præg på oplevelsen.

Highly recommended. Staff is very attentive, breakfast was excellent and the room product met all our expectations. The location is superb — with plenty of great cafes nearby, along with a modern gym.
