Très bel établissement , au calme. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, beaucoup de rangements, belle décoration. Piscine superbe, tea Time offert l’après-midi très appréciable ( + collation). Petit déjeuner avec choix incroyable. Navette gratuite pour se rendre au centre d’ubud 4 x par jour. Personnel adorable et très attentionné. Grande terrasse devant la chambre.

Forte odeur d’humidité dans notre chambre ( située au rez de chaussée ) persistant malgré l’aération et les bâtons d’encens ! il semblerait que les chambres à l’étage n’aient pas ce problème….

Servizi scadenti. Piscina piccola e chiude molto presto (ore 18). Inutile per chi visita durante il giorno. Spa come la piscina, inutile perché l ultima prenotazione è alle 17:30. Colazione alla carta, sempre uguale e con tempi di attesa superiori a 30 min. Odore di umido in camera.

We had a truly memorable stay at Dinara Ubud. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The hotel is cozy and family-friendly, the restaurant was bright with delicious food, and the spa was a great bonus — clean and relaxing. What stood out most was the staff: incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist, especially with our little one. We truly felt taken care of. Highly recommend for families with young kids!
