All the green and leisure areas are located at the HN resort, located approximately 20 minutes away by car from the Hotel Netto and where all our guests can enjoy. The HN Resort, where all the common areas are located, is not open on Mondays due to maintenance reasons. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of R$80,00 per pet.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. O hotel é simples, porém tem o necessário para uma boa estadia, achei estranho receber toalhas e uma bolsinha com controle remoto na recepção, e na hora do café o funcionário fica em cima prestando atenção em tudo , talvez por outras pessoas que abusaram das coisas ajam assim, mas no geral foi um boa estadia o café da manhã teve muitas variedades principalmente de doces, os pães eram artesanais, muito farto, é bem localizado em frente a rodoviária de cachoeira de Macacu.O estacionamento é muito ruim... risco de bater nas colunas ou nos outros carros..Mas no geral pelo preço foi válido e retornaria novamente em outra oportunidade!

O local tem uma localização boa, mas o quarto que fiquei tinha algumas manchas no teto e a água do chuveiro não esquentava se abrisse de forma normal, tinha que abrir muito pouquinho. Fora isso, os atendentes foram educados e atenciosos.
