Nothing, The resort is nice but not worth that much of money

1-The resort service quality was not good, and the food options were very limited and did not taste good. In addition, I found a black piece of plastic in the spinach pie and hair in the food. 2- The room also had many insects and flies, and we developed red itchy spots on our faces and bodies because of them. 3- There were also 3–4 large dogs coming from outside the resort into the area where guests sit, bothering people by getting very close and asking for food fighting with the cats, and the children were scared of them. Because of all these issues, we are not satisfied with our stay.

Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά, ανταποκρίθηκαν σε όλες τις προσδοκίες μας , απολαύσαμε την ολιγοήμερη διαμονή μας στο έπακρο. Ειδικότερα, μας έγινε αναβάθμιση δωματίου,με δική τους πρωτοβουλία, μας διέθεσαν το δωμάτιο μας 2,5 ώρες νωρίτερα από την επιβεβλημένη ώρα του check in ,το φαγητό ήταν ικανοποιητικό σε ποικιλία και γεύση.Επισης τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ καθαρά και προσεγμένα, όπως και ο περιβάλλων χώρος.Η δε παραλία ήταν όμορφη, απολαύσαμε το μπάνιο μας , ειδικά τις πρωινές ώρες ήταν σαν λίμνη.

Το μοναδικό πράγμα που με ενόχλησε θα έλεγα,για το οποίο δεν έχει καμία ευθύνη το ξενοδοχείο, ήταν η σπατάλη του φαγητού από τους ενοίκους του ξενοδοχείου.

Location was quite good by the beach. Breakfast was nice and had a variety of choices for any taste. Beds in the room were comfortable.

Overall not a value for money option! Small pool that was too crowded with uncontrollable-kids that were part of elementary school excursion. Kids club very small and not interesting. Any other activity as the inflatable arrangement in the sea and the water slides required additional payment. Pool staff very strict commenting on everyone disrupting the peace and quiet. In general felt like that establishment didn’t really care for local customers and didn’t respect that we had chosen this resort to relax on our weekend and instead we were in continuous tension!! There are many hotels in the area with better facilities and more customer oriented!
