Room are clean and amenities are decent.

1. The hotel was fully booked and only three out of two are closed! The burger bar is even closed during the day!? 2. The staff is rude and untrained. I have never been treated so badly. No way to contact the restaurants directly and reservations close at 17:00. 3. The food at the buffet is terrible. 4. All inclusive drinks are the cheapest you can buy and waiter ask you how you are hoping to pay before you even order. Don't order wine its terrible. 5. Towel service at the pool rather further in the building. Also no towels before 10am so good luck going to the pool early. 6. Not enough sun beds. 7. No service at the pool which is really unacceptable. Overall feels like a cheap cruise ship. My advice is stay away!!!

Comfortable room and beautiful view. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The half-board package was misleading, as it wasn't made clear that it only included the buffet and excluded specialty restaurants, which were charged at the full price. The quality of the buffet food was average, so we only ate there twice. There were very few activities for adults, the gym was small and poorly equipped, and our room was not always cleaned. Overall, considering the price, we expected much better and it didn't feel worth the cost.

We made wrong choice. Huge hotel buffet not that great. Typical all inclusive. Queue to get sunbeds. Too many people for us. Cockroaches in bedroom.

It is an exceptional hotel to stay in perfect for kids its modern, friendly staff, room sizes are spacious. Highly recommend all inclusive because the buffet was 10/10. All in all had a very nice experience.

גם ארוחת הבוקר וגם ארוחת הערב היו מעולות , מבחר גדול, מענה ונכונות מהצוות לכל בקשה . גם אם זה כלל הכנה מיוחדת.

הטמפרטורה של הבריכה במיוחד במתחם המגלשות הייתה קרה מאוד, היה בלתי אפשרי לילדים להיות בה.

היה מושלם!!! שירות מהמם ואדיב, מלון ברמה גבוהה, הכל חדש ומתוחזק, לגמרי נחזור שוב! I like this hotel!!! ❤️❤️❤️
