It is a cheap place if you have a low budget. It's clean, but its quite old and badly manteined. It was quiet in the night and the bed was ok. Not far from the beach,but its not so impressive either.

Very cheap. Room was simple, good bright lightening, good aircon and wifi. It was quiet during night. The dogs are barking only when somebody enters through the gate. The lady who did the check-in was friendly. Room had a fridge.

I can give a "5" only due to the bad bathroom. The small windows in bathroom near ceiling had no mosquito nets. There were already mosquitos in room and bathroom. That is risky because Dengue is a high risk in such areas with dense population. The sink and toilet looked old and dirty. Same for the floor. Water pressure at sink rather low, at shower slightly better. Hot water was ok. Toilet flush buttom very old and after using 2 times the flush, the water tank not refill. Courtyard looks very messy. Part of property are hotel rooms , in other part live locals who have lot of things to store from motorbikes to laundry. A bit tricky to close main gate from outside. Must close by putting hand through a hole.

Don’t spect too much if you are paying that

A really old building has a bad humid smell, facilities are basic but old and not good looking

very noisy. dogs barking and traffic noise all night. if you are deaf it's good value.
