NLThe whole house was clean and comfortable. I really liked the simple, Japanese style interior. Luckily I had the whole house for myself during my stay 😬. It is a super quiet and calm little village next to Fuji. On a good day mount Fuji will be visible. The convenience store is less than a minute walk away from the hostel, and the owners are very friendly!
AUShizuoka was phenomenal, I was lucky enough to see fuji even from the parking lot of the local supermarket!! There is a family mart less than a minute walk from the lodging and it is only a ten minute walk from Shin Kambara station! Kosei is a kind host and has a beautiful family, his wife runs the sweet shop where you check in, it’s fun, like an adventure!! Kosei was very kind to me during my stay and provided me with information on the approaching typhoon!!

JPお部屋はとても清潔に行き届いており、トイレとシャワールームも複数あり、食器とコップ類、洗濯機と乾燥機など完備されており、とても快適に過ごせました。 オーナーさんのお気遣いや行き届いた対応にも感謝です。 自転車は宿の敷地内に停めさせて頂き、宿泊翌日は旧東海道の町並み楽しめました。
