All the staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. Everyone was so keen to help and advise. Location is perfect for getting to main areas of uralsk. I will definitely stay here whenever in uralsk. Restaurant for dinner has a large menu and food quality wonderful.

Everything was great. Very very minor point it would be nice if the pillows were changed for standard size from the current size, this would add to the comfort for those not used to them.

Все было хорошо, мне все понравилось. Плюс очень классно проживать в центре города, в историческом здании. Оттуда можно пешком дойти до разной исторической застройки. В номерах и коридоре репродукции известных картин - в основном французы 19 века. Это тоже создает настроение. Предупредительный персонал. На рецепшене администратор помогала и вообще приятная девушка Карина.

Не было такого, чуть завтрак можно было разнообразить еще разными блюдами, но это не критично.
