No breakfast location was good

Bathroom could do with an upgrade

The location is really nice. In a quite little town but just a short drive to the many sightseeing locations in Mt Gambier area. The hotel itself has plenty facilities (bar, games, bistro), a convenience shop is located right across the street. The water front is a 2 minute walk.

The rooms & building are really old. It seems well maintained, but just has that funky smell and worn down look. Beds are very uncomfortable, springs poking in your back and super hard.

Too noisy, not heater, a boiler fan was running late near the window, no safe door
