This hotel is located at a prime location of Downtown Monterrey. Few minutes walk to nearest metro and Macroplaza. The room is exactly look like what they have posted. I chose a room with windows and the view is stunning! I know there are some rooms that are without windows, so make sure when you book, book the one with windows! The room is very BIG and spacious. The lobby is not located on the ground floor, and if you are not traveling by car, you need to walk up a bit, take an elevator from the parking lot and go up to the lobby.

The staff doesn't speak much English, and if you need to check-in after their check-in hours (3pm-6pm), they require you to call the hotel before your arrival. I called and the staff doesn't speak English. Lol. But it was ok, they somehow understand my request with a little bit help from google translate.

I loved the location its right in the middle of monterrey where everything is happening. For my first time being in monterrey it made our traveling much easier due to the location. The view our room had was beautiful. Me and my family would stay again if needed.

I didn't like how the rooms didn't have mini fridge. I had to carry a portable one to keep my toddlers milk and fruit fresh.
