Lovely boutique hotel. Comfy bed, great shower and quality linen and towels. Nice touch the free water and use of microwave and kettle in reception sitting area. Friendly reception staff.

Automated check in was a nightmare after reception closes at 7pm. The machine sound quality is very distorted and needs upgrading. The lady who answered was helpful, spoke good English but very difficult to understand because of the poor quality sound. The area in reception is also very dark after normal checkin times and needs a light to supply the required details. A lot of street noise at weekends.
