"It was a great experience being there again within 2 years."

Cleanliness level was excellent. Room was quite spacious for family of 5. WIFI, HVAC, TV services were good. Amenities were well prepared and instructions are straightforward.

Provide more pillows. Mattress could be firmer.

要先在京都車站旁的服務中心辦理入住，但check in要先在網路上自己處理好，工作人員會提供飯店鑰匙保管箱的密碼，到了入住時間再自己去拿。 飯店在住宿期間不會提供客房清潔，但房間內有蠻大的垃圾桶，我們是三個人、住五天四夜，覺得很夠用，垃圾太多也可以自己拿去一樓門後丟。飯店暖氣只有一台，開到24度也覺得有點冷，電視可以直接看串流平台，但角度很詭異，坐在沙發上要一直抬頭看有點辛苦，浴室乾淨、有給足量洗衣球。 地點蠻方便，整體來說還是很不錯的。
