El apartamento está bien cuidado y las zonas comunes están muy bien. Tiene dos terrazas espaciosas. La piscina climatizada es un plus, aunque hace falta mejorar las indicaciones para encontrarla.

El apartamento está apartado del pueblo. La distancia al centro no es muy larga, pero por la noche no está bien iluminado y hay que coger coche. La entrada al edificio es muy oscura, debería mejorarlo la comunidad.
