Searena Boutique Condos - Adults Only

A little challenging to locate and access the building, but we managed. No 24 hour staffing as indicated in the ad. Place was clean on arrival. Daily housekeeping not available, only if asked for by email. As such a few housekeeping tools like broom,dust pan would have been helpful. We cooked in the suite daily. Tea towels would have been nice. We needed to ask for more bath towels as only one was alloted (there were 2 of us). Pictures reflect the condo accurately with the exception of the pool, which is about the size of a large hottub. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is outside of the tourist area. Most areas of interest are within a 10-20 minute walk.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable (no bug and you could see the rooms were cleaned every time someone left). It was super easy to checkin. It felt safe with a security guard at the door. Good AC and boiling hot water. The kitchen and fridge were nice although the induction cooktop was broken and replaced by a small electric cooktop. I managed with that for the stay. It is a pet friendly; so first two nights there was a couple with 3 compulsively barking dogs. They seemed to leave them by themselves one night to go party. It woke me up at 3h am even with earplugs. I sent a message to manager and coincidently a day later they were gone. The doors are not thick so you might hear doors slapped or your neighbour’s music (one evening I had some RATM super loud) and another night a big party just atop of my room where I think there has been too much drinking but after I sent a message to the manager they calmed down and when to bed not so late. I was there 13 nights just trying to relax and overall it was a nice stay. The neighborhood is beside the big center but felt safe walking at night. There are lots of things close by if you are ready to walk a bit. I would go again.

La habitación no tiene nada de boutique. La colcha deshilachada, olor terrible a basura. Ni una silla para sentarse. Había reservado 5 y sólo me quedé dos. No lo recomiendo

estuve tocando la puerta y nadie abrió jamás, tuve que buscar otro alojamiento y fue doble gasto, exijo el reembolso, si bien decía que no es reembolsable, eso no excusa para que no hibiera nadie que atendiera

A very nice place! Everything was clean, the room was big and spacious; there's even a kitchen in the room; the rooftop pool was very nice for the hot weather. Communication with the owner was perfect, he always responds and calls back when needed. All in all I would totally recommend this hotel if you're traveling on a budget but still want to have quality.

The Hotel is situated in an area far away from the senter. No restaurants or foodshops near by. Shabby naborhood. The flat in itself fine, but bad location. We did not stay and had to find another place.

Great place, sitting on the little patio to read a book in the afternoon was lovely, beautiful decoration, Denis and Mary were very nice and helpful. 10 out of 10

Beautiful place with a large balcony, super clean, we loved the view from the rooftop, check in was super easy with codes.
