The staff were very friendly and great. Rooms were clean, air conditioned. Great hospitality and atmosphere

Loved the style of the hotel. The way it was layered out and the vibe about the place. The lads that worked there too were super friendly and easy to get on with. Even having several laughs and jokes with them they made me and my partner feel very welcome and safe. A/C was great to! It needs to be said their A/C was a new system which meant it was really powerfull!

It was the little things for us that let it down slightly. No bath matts which makes it unavoidable tk keeo the floor dry whilst going from the shower into the room. The bathroom door wasn't sealed sealed meaning mosquitos could enter ( we sprayed ourselves with repellent before going to bed to stop this. The mattresses weren't particularly comfortable aswell.

We really lucked out choosing this resort as the location could not have been better. Straight off the ferry and down the alley directly opposite the dock, about 5-7min walk or not even 5min by horse drawn carriage, but still manages to be far enough away from the noise of the bars. Staff are all very friendly & accommodating, the food was spot on & a testament of how much we loved it hear, is that we pushed back our last stop by 1 x day so we could stay longer.

Only critic is that unless you get a suit or are on the top floor apartments, then being on the ground floor means you hear every slight noise or footstep from the rooms above. So much so, that when my partner an i changed rooms for our extra night an were placed in a ground floor room, it sounded as though there were people walking in our room when we were asleep.
