1. Per mail is ons bevestigd dat het ontbijt inclusief zou zijn. Dit was niet 2. Per mail bevestigd kamers dichtbij elkaar te krijgen. Dit was niet 3. Per mail specifiek gevraagd voor 2 kamer sleutels per kamer. Niet gekregen 4. Door externe overmacht hebben we pas na 21:00 toegang gekregen tot onze kamer. 5. Wanneer ik iets over de bovenstaande punten zei was het antwoord: ''Ik kan niks, moet je de eigenaar mailen''.
