Studio très grand, lit très confortable, hôtel sécurisé. Comme sur les photos.

L’insonorisation phonique n’était pas top (notre chambre donnait sur une grande route).

Nice location which is near all key amenities in the city of Nairobi. The place has ample and secure parking for residents.

Nicely furnished, equipped and layout. Well placed for connections to places we wanted to visit. Not too far from airport.

Mattress was lumpy and sunken in places had to be changed. Balcony ´view’ was of piles of builders rubble , advertised pool was 7 mins walk away on a different complex. There was no sauna. Staff did not show / direct us to available facilities until asked. Restaurant was unhelpful with simple request to serve fruit even though they make fresh juices !!! WiFi failed on Saturday night and night staff had no idea how to resolve , kept getting visits from staff who simply checked the router turned it on and off hoping for the best until Monday morning !! It was discovered that the wire was faulty on Sunday which was not replaced until Monday when weekday staff returned. Ruined our weekend as far as access to devices and TV goes ! The staff response was apologise whilst laughing about it !! Very poor show indeed !!!

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable.

Une reservation faite sur booking.com pour ensuite avoir un appel pour nous dire que c'est complet. De plus, nous sommes clients reguliers, nous voulions laisser notre voiture 3 jours sur le parking en arrivant vers 19h30 on nous dit que c'est possible, pour nous rappeler à 21h30 et nous dire que ce n'est pas possible alors que nous prenons l'avion à 08h30 le lendemain matin. Tres decevant !
