Smell urine and smoke in the stair way strong mold and old carpet smell soon as you open the door roaches got into our cooler left on the floor they got in our bags on the table so unfortable we ate out and took the trash out daily nite desk person rude i delete my pictures 11/4 sorry i couldnt show any

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We got there with myself being so sick I was sitting on their floor propped against a wall with our toddler running wild, and they rented us a room that was barely larger than the full-size bed it contained for all three of us to stay in. The room they rented us was supposedly non-smoking, but reeked of smoke, and I'm extremely allergic, but we had no time or chance to go somewhere else, so we stayed one night, and left the next morning. The room had also had the door kicked in and the fridge made awful noise all night. It was not safe for a toddler. Because the door had been kicked in, you could simply open the door without the key card, so the door did not lock our belongings in when we were gone or keep intruders out. I have tried since then (2.5 weeks ago when we left for our safety the next morning) to contact them. They are never around. We were trying to leave an awful situation in our moldy apartment complex at the time, so it was hard to go at convenient times for them since we were coordinating moving very quickly, and every time I call, they refuse to answer, and IF they call back, which is rare, they get my information, and tell me a manager will call me back, which never happens. I finally called today, started to leave a detailed message, the receptionist finally picked up and gave me a live person to talk to, and told me because I had waited so long to report it, I could not get a refund, as if the fact that this were my first real contact was my fault and not theirs. Do not stay here. For about the same money, you can go to the Value Place in Alpharetta. I highly recommend it. Do not stay here at the InTown Suites on Hembree Road. It is not safe, it is not what you pay for or what they advertise, their pictures do not represent what you will be getting, and you will be given the runaround if you need absolutely anything except to pay them more money. Avoid at all costs.

This review is actually in regards to their Roswell GA location and Lilburn GA location. Roswell is suppose to be posh reason for their higher rates in comparison to the lower pricing at their other locations. I personal attest that this property is not worth the money. The area is fabulous with great service but not this property. Some of their housekeeping is lazy and doesnt do their jobs especially at their Lilburn location. Although every room has a green sign placed on the night stand advising you can renew your rent online (along with renewal button on website) they will lock your folio so they can send a huge black guy into your room the next day to stand over you regardless if you tell them they can come in. They find amusement in this I suppose as one even came in while I was using the bathroom. If you are disabled forget about it, you get the disabled service package which is basically no service, no respect, no privacy, and nasty condition and sheets. You major clean for them and one takes it upon their selves to put you have to give them 24hr notice to get your deposit back which is for phone and damages. I suggest going to their Norcross location or some of their others. The demeanor of their manager will let you know how your stay will be in my experience. Roswell is cleaner but Lilburn bring your own sheets, cleaning supplies, and bug spray. I found if you rinse everything before throwing away the roaches do a U turn. Fortunately Roswell doesn't have any roaches that I know of. Liburn maintenance forget about it, Roswell at least he does his job and cheerfully. PS Lilburn has NOSY neighbors who some how know even when your children/family call.

this a overpriced dump, carpet very dirty, floor was tacky i used a soapy towel to wipe off the floor, after the towel was very very dirty. reported smoke alarm not working after one week still not fixed. stairwell in rear very dirty. the size of the unit was very small this company needs to be put out of business, the reason they are getting by with this dump, there are good competition in the area

A few years ago, they were doing renovations to the rooms and we were told that the residents would be relocated to other units while the construction was going on. What actually happened is we were given less than 24 hours notice to leave but Ben "appeared" apologetic the next day after we confronted him and told us he would call us when there were rooms available all the while dissing his employers for their policy. That never happened and we ended up spending the next three months staying with friends while we finally saved up enough money for an apartment down payment. Ben will look you in the eye and lie like a rug. When Dave Maurer was there, he was at least about the business. It was par for the course because when you're always badmouthing your supervisor the way Ben did, you know this is someone you couldn't trust and he proved me right. I hope he stays at the Roswell location for the next 20 years. He'd deserve it.

I stayed here for 2 weeks. The price is a little overpriced for what you get but its an ok price. You get free pay channels as well as a nice list of channels you can watch. The beds are pretty comfortable. The overall room was pretty clean. Although the shower was kind of backwards. The hot water was cold and the cold water was hot. People were knocking on my door for random things. One lady asked for jumper cables and another car to use them on. One guy asked for a cigarrette. Most of the disturbancea were early evening so it wasnt too stressful. The manager of the apartments was very nice and so was house keeping. They answered any questions i had and seemed to be very helpful. Noise was pretty managable as well. Not too many loud people were there. Overall i would stay here again just more towards the front and would definately get a bed bigger than a fullsize.

People hanging outside on the balconies, smoking and drinking, trash thrown on the ground. Stairwells full of cobwebs. The place is filthy on the outside. Some of the concrete on the steps and landings is black and full of old gum that has hardened. Trashy people seem to congregate there. Amazingly, when you look at the photos in the office, it looks nice, clean, pretty and new. The laundromat is the biggest joke. Half the time the dryers don't work and it is almost always dirty. The real kicker is that they have the nerve to charge the kind of prices they do and they think it is just normal for a dump. They clean only one day a week and don't even provide towels, toiletries or anything, which they could well afford to do with their overpriced rooms. Seems like a lot of losers stay here instead of an apartment. If you like the ghetto atmosphere, you will fit right in. Otherwise, go elsewhere, like a whole different city.

Apparently the entire hotel is smoking. After asking for a no smoking room, I was told they don't offer any. Ugh. Stale smoke mixed with mildrew pumps from the window unit, sheets and towels are so thin you can see through them. The refrigerator smells so bad, I only put a can of soda in it to keep the bugs off it. There are no utensils, plates, or cookware. Don't take off your shoes, the floors are sticky. Thin walls mean you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. Nasty place.
