Lovely cottage with everything one might need. The hosts are super nice. A real hideaway gem

We loved the venue, absolutely like home from home, the hosts , Dave and Rachael, were exceptional when we needed help and or assistance. The property was not only perfect for our accommodation needs, on arrival it more than exceeded our expectations with various options for tea’s and coffees. A welcoming fruit bowl, some eggs, milk, cheese , jams, we did not need to go to the shops for the first day on arrival. We have been to many Airbnb venues on our travels over the years, but Plotsklaps way exceeded our expectations, it was clean and tidy, very welcoming. The venue has the most amazing BBQ and entertaining area including a pool table . We were able to entertain some family and guests without a space issue. Will highly recommend this venue.

The cottage was beyond our expectations ,clean comfortable with the added bonus of air conditioning Our host David went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible.nothing was too much trouble for him

From even before our arrival, David and Rachael made us feel completely at home. Once we we there we felt safe, and well cared for. Thank you for being such exceptional hosts, we will most certainly be back.

The location is in quite part called Tokai close to Steeberg Winery, close to hiking trails and in nature. We like the approach of Rachel and David. They were helpful, polite and open. We hope we come back one day. It worths staying there!

Rachael y David son súper anfitriones!!! Desde el día en que lo reservamos, 6 meses antes de ir, nos estuvieron ayudando, dándonos ideas para el viaje… Por supuesto continuó siendo así durante los 12 días que estuvimos allí. La casa está en Tokai, una zona que además de ser muy bonita es súper segura. Además en su urbanización tienen vigilancia 24/7. Es una casa preciosa por fuera y por dentro, independiente, amplía, limpia, tiene todo lo que te puedes imaginar (lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, muchos instrumentos de cocina…) y lo que ni te imaginas (como báscula de cocina y de personas…). La piscina (que es grande y de agua salada) la barbacoa y otras “zonas comunes” están genial, incluso la ducha de la piscina era con agua caliente!!! Y todo estuvo solo para nosotros. Cuando llegamos teníamos un montón de detalles (de comida, bebida, flores….) de bienvenida. Tres veces a la semana nos hicieron la limpieza, cambio de ropa de cama y toallas… Nos encontramos como en familia y como en casa. ¿Qué más se puede pedir? El estar alojados allí hizo que disfrutáramos mucho más Ciudad del Cabo y sus alrededores. Estamos encantados de haber elegido Plotsklaps Self Catering Cottage para nuestra estancia en Ciudad del Cabo.

De eigenaren zijn fantastisch. Ze zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het is een prachtige, ruime en veilige accomodatie.

The property is located in a beautiful part of Cape Town. It was everything that we needed in terms of facilities and location. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They also shared a lot of useful information about the area. They truly made us feel at home.

There was nothing that bothered us.

The hosts were very friendly, very accommodating and eager to ensure your comfort. The cottage adjoins the garage at the back and is much bigger than it first appears, giving plenty of living space inside and a small private terrace outside as well as the use of the quite amazing facilities in the main garden/pool area. It is homely, well equipped and most importantly, it was clean. You do need a car, but with the car Plotsklaps is well placed to reach the sights of both Cape Town and the Cape Peninsula, as well as local shopping and restaurants.

I would have to think hard to find fault. The photos are accurate and you will get what you see.
