Läget var suveränt! Och skönt med en rymlig lägenhet. Gulligt möblerat.

Dåligt underhållet. Tapeterna kändes ofräscha till exempel. Inte renoverats på länge. Plus en konstig doft i lägenheten. Vatten som rann på golvet i badrummet. Fick inga nya handdukar på fyra dagar. Handduk för golvet var dyngsur!

Zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlają rzeczywistości, meble i podłogi bardzo skrzypiały. W apartamencie latało mnóstwo much, co sprawiało wrażenie „zaniedbanego” obiektu.

Lokalizacja bardzo dora. Blisko centrum, a ruch uLiczny ograniczony

Wyposażenie łazienki: Pokrywa sedesu powinna być wymieniona. Takze zasłona w kabinie prysznicowej powinna być raczej z folii PCW niż z tkaniny.
