Location is a bit far from the center but near the train station. the water heater issue only.

"Well worth the money."

The apartment was 5 mins walk from station. We got the 2nd floor 202. Got lift, so no problem for our 2 big luggage. Amenities was complete. Seki was a friendly person.

The bed wasn't really comfy although it has warmer.

"Great apartment for a couple for a long stay"

Great size for a couple, nicely arrange, have what you expect for a small apartment, the host was very nice, close to the train (like 3-4 min walk), and you can get to central tokyo in 20 minutes, super market and don quijote are available and near, some really nice place to eat around, and if you stay long enough there is also a gym 2 blocks from there. Overall, we would reserve another week if we could.

The Location is ok. Its an immigrants area, but they are all very nice as this is still Japan. Still, some people might find it not to be the tokyo they expect to see, even though we had good time there. Still recommend:)
