Lake Aire Motel

The motel room was very nice and clean. I would recommend this motel to others to check it out. The cabin just outside my room was really cool too look at. Also found a sweet little plaque behind the cabin with a great saying on it.

We've stayed all over the Dells in the fancy water parks to other smaller hotels/motels and this one has been my favorite to date! I'm a VERY light sleeper and generally have a tough time sleeping when we travel but this place was QUITE! The bed was firm but not uncomfortable. It is an older place with it quirks but it's clean and didn't smell. They had daily room cleaning (hard to come by after COVID) and a microwave and fridge. The owner was very sweet to my 2 younger boys. There is also a small game room and outdoor pool that the kids enjoyed after our running around. I'll be staying again!

Nice helpful staff

It was old and outdated, way over priced for rooms that looked like you were in the 80's. I guess I understand why they are non refundable and gave me problems because once you get there you definitely want your money back, they're so pressed for money they had the nerve to sell ice. Wasn't satisfied at all!

Every thing was fine.the room stayed cool and honestly i heard nothing from other guest.was quiet at nightand the place looked full.only beef no cable tv. to watch at night.

The customer service was great. The pool on the property was well kept. The room we were provided was clean. For a motel that has been in the Dells for as long as they have, they do a good job with accommodations and making sure you have what you need such as towels and a clean environment.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but it is warranted in this case. This was, hands down, the worst stay I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I can tolerate old & outdated, but not the stink. The musty, mildewy odor permeated everything-carpet, bedding, & everything we brought with us, so when we got home everything that could be laundered had to be. Our bags are still outside to air out. The bathroom facilities had been updated & looked decent, but there was a sewer gas smell that occasionally occurred. It was so bad during the night we had to open the window. We considered loading up & leaving right then, but I didn’t want to wake the kids & I wanted to talk to the property owner about it. Pretty sure she knew, because when we checked in, the window was open & a/c & fridge were unplugged even tho it was a hot muggy day. We should have known, because there was a sign behind the check-in desk that stated no refunds after check-in, so I’m guessing they’ve had that request often. We did actually look for somewhere else to stay but availability in the Dells in summer without prior reservations are difficult to come by. The one redeeming quality was the outdoor pool, which was decent & we used a lot because nobody wanted to be in the room because of the smell.
