The daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) of USD 35+taxes includes - Daily Pool and Beach Towels - Daily Coffee, tea and Hot chocolate - Fitness Center - Kaanapali Trolley to and from Whalers Village - Parking for the first vehicle (second parking pass is an additional $10 per car) Departure cleaning is included. Leaky shower with the sound of constant dripping. They did not fix after we complained 3 times. Large roaches in room. Broken coffee maker

"Beautiful & Quaint- Will stay again"

Beautiful clean room, gorgeous property, easy parking, great food at Castaway Cafe, great amenities although we ended up not getting access to laundry (still confused about this). One staff member wanted to help, but the older staff member cut in and was eager to tell me we didn’t get laundry. It’s coin operated…doesn’t make sense. I sent a email to Aston asking for help, still no response. Only issue, would plan for no laundry access next time. Won’t keep us from not going back.

The facilities were very comfortable and clean. One bedroom unit was big, beds exceptionally comfortable. Pool opened late, we could enjoy the sunset and see the stars.
