お部屋とベッドが広く 同じくらいの料金のビジネスホテルの1.5倍の広さで快適だった。 ドライヤーとヘアアイロン ボディーソープやシャンプーなど 備え付けのものも 品質、使い心地良かったが フロントに別の貸し出しシャンプー＆リンスもあった。 スタッフさんがみな親切。

お風呂は家庭のユニットバス仕様なので 椅子や風呂桶が無くて 洗髪や身体を洗うのにとても不便だった

思っていた以上に綺麗でした。 立地が良かったのもありイベント前後での利用がとても楽でした。 ららアリーナでのイベントのため、ららポートまでの無料バスもあり、歩けない距離でもなく便利でした。

二泊三日で予約していたにもかかわらず一泊二日としてデータ処理されており、こちらから言わないと二泊三日の料金のまま一泊二日しか出来ないところでした。 そのあたりがチェックインの際に時間もかかり、改めて予約するホテルを探さないといけないのか？とヒヤヒヤしてとても怖かったです。 結果としては問題ありませんでしたが、もう少し謝罪いただけたら嬉しかったです。
