Tutto, comodità nel raggiungere la Bikini beach, struttura molto pulita e organizzata. La struttura propone una grande vastità di escursioni e Shan persona molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo servizio di pulizia stanza, cibo buono.

In 2 settimane non ci hanno cambiato le lenzuola, e a lungo andare il menù diventa ripetitivo

Çalışan arkadaşlar herşeyi talep ile yapıyor yani su istiyorsanız söylemek zorundasınız her ne isterseniz sürekli talep etmeniz gerekiyor odada el yıkama sabunu yoktu arkadaş burası 5 yıldızlı otel değil ki sabun olsun dedi saçma bir durum. Oda çok iyi modern bir oda değil ortalama bir oda pansiyon gibi bir havası var resepsiyon ile aynı yere oda koymuşlar insanlar geçiyor oda önünden orada konuşuyorlar ve bu yüzden size ait özel bir yer gibi hissetmiyorsunuz.

Nice if you get the room you booked

I'm reluctant to leave a bad review because this is not a wealthy place, it's just a 3 star hotel, and the island needs tourists - but it is what it is. I originally booked a regular Garden Room, but decided to upgrade to a Luxury Room with sea view, which was confirmed by email as having "private entrance, a balcony with sea views". It cost about US$200 more for this upgrade. However we were put in a ground floor room next to reception, where the only view was for passersby into our room, so we had to close the curtains all the time. We were vaguely offered the possibility of moving into the correct room half way though our stay. The man also offered the "best service for excursions and activities", which of course he wanted to sell us anyway. No further gesture was made. Apart from being in the wrong room, the water pressure was bad, towels dirty, window broken, power cuts. Half way through the trip we were indeed given the room we had booked, and the man said there will be no further costs for the upgrade - a bit rich seeing that all we were getting was what we paid for. I emailed booking.com and they replied after we'd already left. They didn't help at all. Beyond the hotel, the island was fine. I expect it's had more pristine days, and you won't go far to find litter. It's somehow over- and under-developed at the same time. The few restaurants all have pretty much the same menu with food out of packages, like noodles poured from a Pot Noodle into a bowl for you. It's cheap but not exactly nice. Some very nice local wildlife to watch while you dine and pleasant service staff. Could be good as a base from which to do excursions, but wouldn't choose it for a place to shoot the breeze.

Die Lage des Hotels, die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer aufs Meer, das Essen direkt am Strand und die Freundlichkeit des Personals, vor allem von Ali. Auch die vom Hotel angebotenen Aktivitäten waren toll.

With no workig AC in our room, they gave us better room with workig one.
