It’s not value for money

It’s not really an apartment — there are almost no facilities available, and the few that are available can’t be used. Everything is of the lowest possible quality. I have no idea how others have given them ratings of 8 or higher. However, staff support over the phone is good.

What I liked, is nothing against what I disliked.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place deserves a warning to others. From start to finish, it was a disaster. The property is located in the middle of nowhere, with no proper lighting if you arrive at night—completely unsafe and disorienting. The worst part? Zero support. If you face any issue, even something minor, no one responds. I tried contacting the host and Booking.com multiple times—radio silence. To top it off, I received a parking charge notice despite following the instructions provided. When I reached out, they casually brushed it off saying, “It was handled by a third party.” No accountability, no resolution. Paid the parking charge but still chasing for the receipt/acknowledgement for any future reference but still waiting. This was hands down the most frustrating experience I’ve had with any booking. I will never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. The stress and inconvenience simply aren’t worth it.

Die Ausstattung, da beim ersten Benutzen des Bettes sofort Latten rausgefallen sind. Das Bett hat bei jeder kleinen Bewegung Geräusche gemacht. Die Matratze war weich und durchgelegen.

Location, cleaning, system is good. reaching out stuff was easy.

Solo il letto comodo posso dire abbia avuto un riscontro positivo

Struttura visivamente poco invitante. Nel corridoio esterno ai piani qualche ospite aveva lasciato rifiuti di frutta sul pavimento che nessuno ieri pomeriggio aveva rimosso. Porta ingresso rotta quindi il check in sembrava non funzionare. Solo un addetto gentile dopo una nostra chiamata ci ha spiegato la situazione. Arredamento e camera veramente poveri a livello attrezzature, mobili e bagno. Direi quasi squallido. La tenda di plastica la vedo ancora solo in qualche albergo della Liguria... Nella nostra abitazione praticamente non abbiamo trovato pentole, per fortuna eravamo in due, altrimenti non si poteva nemmeno cucinare una pasta. Garage o parcheggio non inclusi e non ci sono convenzioni . Tutti i parcheggi del paese sono a pagamento (dalla sera alla mattina altri 16, CHF). Abbiamo preso una "superior "non oso immaginare cosa siano le abitazioni di prezzo inferiore. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente negativo.
