Anstatthotel Hochdorf - app self-check-in

1. Comfortabel beds and room. 2. Lift was there. 3. Kitchen was good and had dishwasher.

1. Had to look out for a parking space for car around the hotel as there was a wedding happening in the opposite building and the garage was full. 2. Had to call the hotel to figure out in which floor the room was in. 3. No lock in the bathroom.

Customer Service

No windows Bathroom has no locks, opens if someone open main door. Bath cabin setup is bad with very sharp border. Bath floor is so slippery. Third hanging bed is not fitted properly. Beds are hard and not comfortable. Very limited kitchen utensils. There is a fan/blower but no power point near. All items furnishings are very basic.

Good Location, near the parking lot @ 10 CHF/day.

Bed arrangement. In Booking.com photos for bed arrangement is different than actual, the Bunk bed is hanging on the top of the main bed. Only 1 fan is available which can be used either for the main bed or bunk bed. In hot summer this is very uncomfortable.

Location is excellent. Laundry. Equipments are good. Clean. Host is very responsive. Check in was easy. But better explain how to find the room.

No overhead range vent to use during cooking.

Excelent location and facilities, great support. Good value for money.

The beds could be more comfy and the cleaning should be included for less than a 7-day stay.
