ZAThe accommodation was neat and clean. We had everything we possibly required for a week's stay. It was so easy to order groceries - they were delivered within an hour. There is a small shop across the road too. The location was fabulous and we felt very safe. We had very easy access to all sorts of places we wanted to go to - Table Mountain, museums, coffee shops (Truth Coffee #1 in the world 2016 is 50m away), V & A Waterfront. Ubering was so reasonable from this point too. It was quiet and private. We felt really, really comfortable.
Minor things - we forgot to take things like salt, pepper, washing up liquid, dish cloths, but this was easily sorted.
USProperty met our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay at Four seasons. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. And in the future we will definitely book it again when taking a vacation to Cape Town.really loved the decor in the apartment and everything we needed was there.
1. shower rose (head) -water pressure was very low which made it difficult for us to enjoy taking a shower. 2. Security at reception had little knowledge about our booking , he told us our room did not include any parking and mentioned we had to pay extra money in order to be assigned a parking spot, he also did not know how to check us in properly in fact he had no clue as to how to check us in. 3. Also our Tv had issues, at some point we couldn’t watch any channels until we used our own personal login details on Showmax, but as soon as we reported it was resolved.
ZAZAhonestly, nothing at all
the smell of the apartment, the strong weed and cigarette smell, no hot water, wifi didn’t work consistently, staff were not helpful or kind what so ever. it was truly a bad experience and a waste of time using this accommodation.
