U have to understand this is a 2 star hotel not a 3 nor 4 star one. So put ur expectations in right place. But the amenities itself it par and absolutely good for its price. Lenins are changed regularly. Hot shower. Cold ac/rooms. Small tv though. But thats fine. And quite place for little relaxation. Near a mall i believe.

I went there for check in but the hotel was out of the town and like a village and was receptionist was asking me for the cash where as I had already submitted my credit card details. The staff was not polite and lastly I didn't check in caus i don't like the building too. I think I need to have my money back. As when I booked the hotel the airport destination was showing only 2.9 km but when I reached there the location was not good and outside the town. There was nothing nearby.Only a few small houses looked like it was a village where as during my booking the location was showing down town. I truly have a very negative response and want my money back.

WOW this place was not OK for us. Covid was over. Stayed in pricy hotels in Tacloban no need for paperwork about covid for months. This place was still on the covid glad we brought the paperwork. I rented this place by accident! Was looking for different Red Doors hotel. Staff ok, Place was nasty. The owners Worried about covid but rooms not truly cleaned in years. If you touched a wall in the room it was gross, and you had to go to bathroom and wash your hands. On the good side cheap if you lost power and this place had power the air conditioning and fan set up were GREAT. Pool children could have a blast till your power was back. Out in the middle of no place Tacloban but we did get rides to city.

Internet connection could have been better.
