Maganda sana ang room..kaso may mga langgam,medyo may amoy din ang room na nakuha namin

The staff are not welcoming. They talked rude. We stayed 1 night November 29,2025.

I like the parking space, functioning hot & cold water, and the working aircon. The TV even though small, was also functional. The place is also peaceful. Grateful also for the free bottled mineral water and guest kits.

I remember this hotel being clean when we first stayed here last year but now the room felt like it lacked maintenance. The walls need to be repainted. There were visible mosquitos and ants. The bed felt unclean and not sanitized. It was also uncomfortable that during check-in, I was asked to sign a waiver so the hotel will not be blamed for any accidents or loss of items.

If you're on a budget it fits the bill the staff were kind and helpful. Unfortunately there was an issue with possible mold on a couple of tiles in the bathroom. There were also an ant problem that was dealt with with a spray. The pool was nice. And a/c was awesome. I will say that I had a great experience in all. Remember Tacloban is a third world country and expectations are different.
